Faith Milestones
At Riverbend, we hold special Child Dedication services three to four times each year. During this meaningful moment, our pastors, staff, and congregation join you in committing to walk alongside your child as they grow in their faith journey.
When you sign up for Child Dedication, we’ll add you to our contact list for the next service and send you all the details you need to prepare for this special day.
The K-2 Bible Gifting ceremony is a special moment when parents commit to being the primary spiritual leaders for their children. As part of this ceremony, parents will receive a Bible to present to their child, beginning a shared journey of reading and growing in God’s Word together.
If your child is beginning to ask questions about baptism or is ready to explore their next step in following Jesus, we would be honored to walk with them through that journey. We love celebrating these important milestones and helping children understand the meaning of faith in a way that’s personal and lasting.
This program for 3rd–5th graders explores God’s plan of salvation, baptism, and communion. It’s a great refresher for those already baptized and a meaningful introduction for those still exploring faith
