How do I buy tickets?
Tickets for most Riverbend Centre events
are available at all GetTix ticket outlets:
Run-Tex, Waterloo Records, University Co-op,
at www.gettix.net/concert,
or by phone
toll free (866) 443-8849.
The Riverbend Centre Box Office is located onsite
right off the plaza. The Riverbend Centre Box Office is open on show
days only, two hours before event time.

Where do I park?
There is ample parking available on the grounds. There
are over 1,000 free, well-lit, secure parking places accessible by five
seprate entrances at Riverbend Centre.
Tailgating and drinking are prohibited in the

What is Will Call and where do I find it?
Will Call is located at the Riverbend Centre Box
Office just off the plaza. Will Call is where you pick up tickets
ordered in advance through GetTix. Tickets can be picked up at Will
Call starting 2 hours prior to the show time. You MUST present a
picture I.D. at the ticket window to receive the tickets.
What time will the show be over?
Most shows at Riverbend Centre end between 10:30 PM
and 11:30 PM.
Where are my seats located?
You can easily identify your seat location by looking
at our Seating Chart.
Can I bring my camera?
Please do not bring your camera. Cameras and all
recording devices are prohibited at Riverbend Centre events.
Guest Conduct
Riverbend Centre works to provide a safe, enjoyable and
pleasant environment for all guests in attendance. As such, venue staff
will ask all guests to adhere to the following
Guest Code of
Conduct
- Guests shall be respectful to all other guests,
participants, event officials, entertainers, venue staff and venue
property.
- Guests shall not willfully and maliciously disturb a
guest/employee and shall not interfere in other guests' enjoyment of
the event.
- Guests shall refrain from using offensive language,
making obscene gestures, wearing obscene or indecent clothing, throwing
projectiles of any kind and possessing
prohibited items.
- Guests shall never enter the stage area or
performance area, or interfere with the progression of the event in any
fashion.
- Guests shall comply with the direction and
instructions of venue staff.
- Guests are responsible for their own good time by
immediately reporting inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher or
building liaison.
- Any other conduct deemed by the venue to be
inappropriate to the peace and good order of events or which may
adversely affect the safety of persons or property will be handled by
venue staff in its sole discretion.
- Guests not abiding by these rules may be asked to
leave and may be arrested.
