East Austin Schools

What started with Martin Middle School several years ago has grown to encompass several schools as Riverbend works on a yearly basis to build bridges with our neighbors in East Austin. We look for opportunities to serve alongside them, encourage them, and work to help children have resources that they need for school. Each year we find different ways to care for the community, bless the schools, and honor the dedication of staff, faculty, students, and families. We generate opportunities to provide school supplies and additional funds for projects for schools that struggle to gain financial support. Helping Austin schools is just one more way to help us look to the interest of others!

This August Riverbend will distribute school supplies to students at several partner schools. All supplies are donated to the schools directly and not distributed to individuals or families, ensuring that the right stuff gets in the right hands.

Collection Dates are August 5 - 12 @ Riverbend.

Folders

Colored Pencils, Pencil Boxes, Non-toxic markers, plastic folders with pockets, Spiral notebooks or composition books, Kid-sized Scissors, ballpoint pens (blue or black ink), notebook binders (1, 1.5 and 2 inch size), # 2Pencils, Pink erasers, play dough.
