Duties
of the Wedding Coordinator

Please
use the Riverbend Wedding Coordinator, Tracy Brown, for all weddings
and wedding-related events at the church.
The extent of her involvement can vary according to the desires
of the wedding party.
Tracy's duties include:
· Pre-wedding consultation after wedding is confirmed
· Liaison between the Event Department and wedding party for set
up
· Direction of wedding rehearsal
· Wedding protocol
· Access to any church facility for wedding party
